Pomodoro timer: 25-minute focus sessions
A focused Pomodoro timer for 25-minute work sessions. Start a Pomodoro, record your real focus time, and build a productive rhythm.
Work in focused 25-minute intervals
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. Use this timer to start a Pomodoro session, record your focus time, and build a sustainable work rhythm.
From starting a session to a useful record
- Name one task, such as “Read chapter 3”, and start the 25-minute timer. Use one session for one concrete piece of work.
- At 25 minutes, Counted Time reminds you and keeps timing. It does not stop, save the record, or start a break automatically.
- Choose Stop and save when you finish. Take a break yourself, then start another session when ready. Choose the open-ended timer if a fixed target is distracting.
A worked example, not a productivity claim
Illustrative example: start at 09:00 and finish at 09:29 without pauses. The saved duration is 29 minutes, not the 25-minute target. The timer measures elapsed time, not the quality of your concentration.
Accounts, free features and your data
Do I need an account to use the timer?
No. Timing, saved local records, basic overviews and reflections, basic intentions, CSV export and full local JSON backup are part of the free local core.
What does Pro add?
Pro adds optional Cloud Continuity and Advanced Review. Local core features stay free. Signing in alone does not upload your existing records; connecting cloud data requires your confirmation. See the pricing page for current availability.
Can I lose records stored only in my browser?
Yes. Clearing this site’s browser data or losing the device can remove local-only records. Export a full local JSON backup in Settings and keep a copy outside the browser. CSV is useful for analysis; JSON is the full local backup.
